Mrs. Ruby Dowd Buie of Laurinburg, NC died Friday, April 29, 2022 at her home surrounded by family who loved her. Funeral Services will be held 2:00pm Friday, May 6, 2022 at Franklin Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Laurinburg, NC. The Visitation will be held 1pm to 2pm at the church before the service. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Laurinburg NC.
