It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved uncle, Robert "Bob" McPhatter, who departed this life peacefully at the age of 85 on September 11, 2025.  Though our hearts ache, we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, reunited with his wife and other loved ones who went before him.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Spring Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Wagram, NC. Following the service, interment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park Cemetery in Laurinburg, NC.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at McPhatter Funeral Home in Laurel Hill, NC.
