Mr. Michael Anthony "Artman" McNeill age 61, of Laurinburg, NC, passed away on May 22, 2022 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. A grave side service for Mr. McNeill will be held on Saturday May 28, 2022 in the Hillside Memorial Park Cemetery at 1pm. A viewing for Mr. McNeill will be held at the McPhatter Funeral Home Chapel on Friday from 1pm to 5pm on Friday May 27, 2022.
