Mr. Leroy "Roy" Green Harper age 78, formally of Queens, NY passed away at his home in Laurinburg, NC surrounded by loved ones on May 27, 2022. Funeral Services for Mr. Harper will be held 1:00pm on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at Bright Hopewell Missionary Baptist church in Laurinburg, NC. Burial will follow at a later date at the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. A viewing for Mr. Harper will be held at McPhatter Funeral Home in Laurel Hill, NC on Tuesday June 7, 2022 from 2pm to 5pm.
