Funeral Services for Mr. Harper will be held 1:00pm on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at Bright Hopewell Missionary Baptist church in Laurinburg, NC. Burial will follow at a later date at the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
