A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Cooley at the Silver Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Wednesday December 1, 2021, at 1:00pm. Cooley will be available for viewing on Tuesday November 30, 2021 from 1pm to 5pm at the McPhatter Funeral Services Chapel in Laurel Hill, NC.
