James W. McNeill, 79 of Laurinburg NC passed on 7/30/2023 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville NC. Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00pm at Nazareth Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Patterson Memorial Cemetery with full Military Rites. A viewing will be held at McPhatter Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00pm until 5:00pm.
