With heartfelt sympathy we announce the passing of Mr. James A. McNeill, 78 of Laurel Hill, NC who passed at Scottish Pines Nursing Home in Laurinburg. A Memorial Service will be held 12:00pm Friday, September 1, 2023 at Laurel Hill First Baptist Church.
