It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Evangelist Margaret "Sis" Brown McNeill (93), of Laurel Hill, NC. Mother McNeill passed away on Sunday February 12, 2023 surrounded by family whom loved her at Scottish Pines nursing center in Laurinburg, NC. Funeral services for Mother McNeill will be held on Sunday February 19, 2023 at Emmanuel Temple Deliverance Church in Laurinburg at 2pm. A wake at Emmanuel Temple Deliverance Church on Saturday February 18, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm. A viewing at McPhatter Funeral Home From 1pm to 4pm Saturday. Burial will be in the Stewartsville Cemetery in Laurinburg, NC.
