It is with Great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Elvia Diggs Washington age 100 of Laurinburg, NC. Mrs. Washington passed away on April 24, 2023 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Funeral Services will be 1 pm Monday, May 1, 2023 at Westminister Presbyterian Church in Laurinburg, NC. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park in Laurinburg, NC. A viewing on Sunday April 30th at McPhatter Funeral Services from 1pm to 5pm.
